The MELP Faculty and Staff Liaison supports faculty and staff across campus in better serving international and multilingual students by creating more equitable and inclusive learning spaces. This work includes working to foster a linguistically affirming and just campus. This is done by facilitating faculty development workshops and professional development opportunities, consulting with faculty/programs, developing and promoting resources including esl.umn.edu, and advocating for international/multilingual students.
